We all bring something different to work, we are a diverse, creative and innovative bunch working hard to put our Members’ first. Every project, every roadmap is designed to make the next User Experience better than the one before. Here we all agree on one thing, we want to succeed at delivering a useful and loved product for our Members.
We encourage each other to work collaboratively and be open to new ideas and ways of working. We appreciate positive feedback and know it is important to listen and respect others opinions. We find value in spending time away from our desks to learn from each other and develop new ideas. We celebrate the heroes working amongst us, those who routinely go further for their teammates through Peer Recognition and Employee of the Month Award.
We love to be sociable, so much so, we formed a committee of volunteers tasked with dreaming up new ways to entertain us. Team Social regularly organise fun activities, host events and shower us with little perks during and after the working day. It is the little things that spark the most joy, like free food and drinks or the office quiz.
We play 5-aside football, table tennis, get together for lunchtime walks, play rounders in the park and enjoy seasonal amusement such as ‘Quidmas’.
Life at Quidco is fast, we love working with new things to stretch ourselves, we find this exciting. We’re big on developing and testing, this has gifted us some great successes; as well as, some legendary mistakes but we learn and move on. We expect everyone to own their contribution, be accountable and act with integrity…don’t say it, if you’re not going to do it.
